Adhesive Joint Copper Fittings

Mueller Streamline Co. Warrants:

• StreamTECH Adhesive Joint Copper Fittings to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal recommended use and service, for a period of 50 years from the Warranty Commencement Date. The Warranty Commencement Date for StreamTECH Adhesive Joint Copper Fittings shall be the date upon which the fitting is installed.

MUELLER STREAMLINE CO. does NOT warrant against failure of MUELLER STREAMLINE CO. StreamTECH Adhesive Joint Copper Fittings (referred to hereafter as “product”) for:

1. any product, parts, accessories or systems which are not manufactured or sold by MUELLER STREAMLINE CO.;
2. any product which is used for any purposes other than a purpose authorized by MUELLER STREAMLINE CO.;
3. any product not installed in accordance with either the recommended installation guidelines provided by MUELLER STREAMLINE CO. and/or applicable plumbing codes;
4. damage to the product caused by, contributed in whole or in part by, or resulting from, any of the following:
1. abuse, misuse, mishandling, tampering, neglect or accidental damage, such as, without limitation, vandalism
2. natural disasters, such as, without limitation, flooding, windstorm and lightning
3. attachments, substitutions or modifications to the product that are not authorized by MUELLER STREAMLINE CO.
4. external causes, where external, physical or chemical qualities produce damage to the product, such as, without limitation, variation in water quality, aggressive water or an unsuitable or hostile environment, or
5. any other cause beyond MUELLER STREAMLINE CO.’s control.

MUELLER STREAMLINE CO. shall NOT be liable under any circumstances for any other direct or indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of business, lost profits, mold intrusion, water damage, etc. MUELLER STREAMLINE CO.’s liability under this warranty is solely limited to the repair or replacement, including installation expenses, of any product that has been determined by MUELLER STREAMLINE CO., or an authorized representative or agent thereof, to contain a defect in material or workmanship.

This warranty is the only warranty for the product provided by MUELLER STREAMLINE CO., and is and shall be in lieu of any and all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to an implied warranty of merchantability, and for all other obligations or liabilities on the part of the Manufacturer. No employee of MUELLER STREAMLINE CO., or any other distributor, agent or other person or business, is authorized to make any other warranty on MUELLER STREAMLINE CO.’s behalf.

In the event any defect occurs which is believed to be covered by this warranty, MUELLER STREAMLINE CO. Technical Services should be immediately contacted either in writing or by telephone at 800-783-2447. MUELLER STREAMLINE CO. Technical Services will make further arrangements for the product’s return to MUELLER STREAMLINE CO. for review and evaluation. In the event that a returned product is determined by MUELLER STREAMLINE CO. to be defective, MUELLER STREAMLINE CO. will remediate the failure by repairing or replacing the product within a reasonable time, without charge to the owner of the product.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Mueller Streamline Co. Warrants:

• MUELLER STREAMLINE CO. (referred to hereafter as Mueller) warrants StreamTECH ST-Weld Adhesives (referred to hereafter as “product”) as follow:

WARRANTY AND LIMITED REMEDY: Mueller warrants that each Mueller StreamTECH ST-Weld Adhesive meets the applicable specifications at the time Mueller ships the product. MUELLER MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY ARISING OUT OF A COURSE OF DEALING, CUSTOM OR USAGE OF TRADE. User is responsible for determining whether the Mueller product is fit for a particular purpose and suitable for user’s application. If the Mueller product is defective, your exclusive remedy and Mueller’s and the seller’s sole obligation will be, at Mueller’s option, to repair or replace the product or refund the purchase price.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Except where prohibited by law, Mueller and seller will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the Mueller product, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential, regardless of the legal theory asserted, including warranty, contract, negligence or strict liability.
